As our rides are low impact, you’ll be able to ride depending on your type of injury, or stage of your pregnancy. Please ask your doctor before riding if you have an injury or other condition, and you must inform our coaches prior to starting the ride.
Once you arrive at the studio, you can place your belongings in our locker areas. We recommend you lightly stretch in our warm up/cool down area. Your shoes will be waiting for you, just look for the pigeon hole number corresponding to the number of the bike you have booked for the class! Put your shoes on, head in to the studio, make your bike adjustments and get ready to ride!
We do. Memberships are the best way to ride if you want to ride regularly. You can sign up for a RIDER membership online by hitting the memberships tab. Once your membership is processed you will receive unlimited rides every week. There are no sign up fees, cancellation fees or lock in contracts.
Yay! Here’s how you do it.1. Download the Studio360 Cycle App from the app store2. Create a profile3. Purchase RIDE credits (credit packages or memberships available) 4. Book yourself a RIDE, and select which bike you want to be on5. We’ll see you in the Studio!
