Our original RIDE style, with a varied workout that's guaranteed to get you sweating. You'll ride through sprints and hill climbs, ensuring the biggest muscle groups in your legs are getting worked as well as giving you a high intensity cardio workout.
L I F T
LIFT is a TOTAL BODY workout designed to hit each muscle group every session. We are bringing the energy with this rhythm paced workout. You'll be squatting, pressing, pulling and even snatching to the beat on the mat using dumbbells and body weight for resistance.
