Ash began her journey in the fitness industry in late 2018. She was first introduced to 360 as a client but quickly fell in love with the feeling after smashing a class. In her words ‘I have never experienced an exercise class that has made me sweat to that extreme… at the time it feels like you’re running a marathon but afterwards the feels are similar to after you’ve completed a yoga class’. Sam started his indoor cycling journey over 10 years ago, and along the way had the idea of his own brand of freestyle cycling, where you could have new music everyday. A party boy at heart, he wanted to bring the felling of killing on the dance floor at 1am into the studio. Sam taught on cruise ships all over the world before moving to New York in 2015 to work with Flywheel Indoor Cycling. Krissy started her life in the fitness business 10 years ago, fresh faced and eager to build her passion into a career.
